1. Orders and Payments
- All orders must be confirmed with a valid invoice.
- A deposit of 50% is required to initiate the production process. Full payment is due prior to delivery or upon installation unless otherwise agreed.

2. Lead Times
- Standard lead times for custom orders are 6 weeks from the date of deposit payment.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly, but Blush Affluent Furnitures is not liable for such delays.
3. Custom Orders
- Specifications for custom furniture, including dimensions, materials, and finishes, must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
- Changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges and extend lead times.
4. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery and installation services are available at an additional cost unless otherwise stated.
- Customers must ensure the delivery area is accessible and prepared for installation.
- Blush Affluent Furnitures is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or access restrictions.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Custom-made furniture is non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Returns for non-custom items must be initiated within 2 weeks, and items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the return is approved.
6. Warranty
- All furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
7. Liability
- Blush Affluent Furnitures is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by improper use or installation of our products.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs and concepts created by Blush Affluent Furnitures remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be replicated without written consent.
9. Force Majeure
- Blush Affluent Furnitures is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of South Africa
